Yoga, breath, meditation, and bodywork for people who want to feel more connected to their body.

START WHERE YOU ARE

A practice with me is built around clear instruction, steady breath, and movement that helps you understand your body better.

Some classes are slower and more grounding, like Yin and Hatha. Others are more dynamic and breath-led, like Free-Flow Vinyasa and guided Ashtanga-influenced practices.

Across all formats, the goal is not to perform the shape. It’s to build awareness, strength, mobility, focus, and a steadier relationship with your body.

For students who want to go deeper, I also offer private yoga, breathwork, meditation, and Thai Yoga Bodywork. These sessions create more space to ask questions, refine your practice, slow down, and build tools that translate outside the studio.

CHOOSE YOUR STARTING POINT

Whether you’re looking for more personal guidance, hands-on support, or a way to slow down and reconnect with your self, here are a few ways that we can work together.

Each offering is built around clear communication, steady presence, and helping you feel more connected to your body.

MEET MATTHEW

I’m a yoga teacher, breathwork / meditation facilitator, and Thai Yoga Bodywork practitioner based in Massachusetts. My teaching is grounded, practical, and body-aware with an emphasis on helping people build a practice that feels honest, sustainable, and real.

What began as a way to rehab from an achilles injury evolved into a passion, then a lifestyle and now so much more. I’m grateful for what yoga has given me, proud of who I’ve become and even more excited for what’s ahead.
