Join Debbie and myself in one of Central America's largest and most bio diverse rain forests. We’ll have the entire resort to ourselves featuring a 65 foot lap pool, secluded beach, and nature reserve where you will see wild sloths, monkeys, toucans, horses and more! REJUVENATE AND IMMERSE YOURSELF IN WELLNESS
Get away from the grind of daily life and treat yourself to a well deserved vacation in paradise. This is the perfect opportunity to recharge your emotional, mental and physical body. You will advance your physical yoga practice, while learning the rejuvenating practices of breathwork and meditation. Each day provides you with something new for your practice while offering a luxurious open schedule after breakfast to allow you to explore relaxation on the beach, by the pool, massage, horseback riding, surfing, nature preserve’s, group adventures and more.
Vinyasa Vibes is a carefully crafted immersion providing you with a path to unwind, untangle and release mental, physical and emotional patterns that cause stress, fatigue and burn out. This experience is designed to bring you back to the core state of being, Ananda (Bliss).
Together we will practice the trifecta of yoga practice: Asana, meditation, and breathwork. You will receive careful instruction for all three practices in order to provide you with the utmost proficiency and efficacy.

From beginner to advanced, all yogis are welcome. Classes, immersions and workshops are optional. No experience is necessary.

All packages include 6 nights accommodations, 3 local sourced meals per day, morning meditations, breathwork, 2 daily yoga classes , retreat programming, a 60-minute massage and access to the full Bluff Beach Retreat property.

The Premium Private Suite is our most elevated accommodation option on the property. It is ideal for the guest who wants the most spacious and private stay available.
Best for: guests wanting the highest level of comfort, privacy, and premium accommodations.
All bedrooms feature high powered ceiling fans, and screened in windows with plenty of ventilation and air flow (it actually gets cold at night). Your bedroom will be in a casita with 2 - 3 other bedrooms.
All bedrooms share a common kitchen, living area, and outdoor seating area.
A $500 non-refundable / non-transferable deposit is required to hold your spot on the retreat.
Important Information
You must have a valid passport to travel to Panama.
Please check your passport expiration date and make sure it is valid for at least 3 months after the end date of your retreat.

We are not visiting any areas where malaria or yellow fever are of concern.
Passport & Optional Vaccination Info
All retreats include a $500 non-refundable / non-transferable deposit, which is required to hold your spot on the trip.
Additional balance payments made are refundable up to 120 days prior to the retreat start date. I (Matt) must receive an email at marmyoga@gmail.com requesting cancellation prior to 9:00PM on this date in order to secure a refund of additional balances paid. The initial $500 deposit remains non-refundable and non-transferable. All balances paid are non-refundable and non-transferable within 120 days of the retreat start date.
We can only make an exception to these terms if:
The host government forbids us to visit as tourists.
The US government forbids us to travel to the host country as tourists.
If we must further postpone or cancel the trip, all registrants will receive a refund of all deposits.
If you refuse to comply with the entry laws of the host country, region, town, etc; we will not consider this a valid reason for receiving any refund. We will ensure to the best of our abilities that all registrants comply with all then current laws and regulations.
