Weekly Classes at Life Time
Life Time Fitness →
Practice with me in a group setting through Life Time Fitness. I teach a range of formats, including a Vinyasa style free-flow, Hatha, Yin, and other Ashtanga-influenced classes.
Some classes are dynamic and breath-led. Others are slower, more grounding, and focused on stillness, mobility, and recovery.
Classes are booked through Life Time and require an active Life Time membership.
Private 1-on-1 or Small Group Yoga
Learn More About Private Yoga →
Private yoga gives you more space to ask questions, slow down, refine your practice, and build confidence in a way that is personal and clear.
Sessions can be shaped around movement, mobility, breath, strength, alignment, flexibility, recovery, or building a practice you can return to on your own.
1-on-1 or small groups up to 4 people.
Thai Yoga Bodywork
Learn More About Thai Yoga →
Thai Yoga Bodywork is a supportive hands-on practice that uses assisted stretching, gentle compression, mindful movement, and rest.
It is practiced fully clothed on a mat or padded surface and can be a helpful option if you want a slower bodywork experience that helps you feel more open, grounded, and connected to your body.
Breathwork + Meditation
Learn More About Breathwork →
Breathwork and meditation sessions offer simple, grounded practices for focus, steadiness, and a more intentional relationship with your breath.
These sessions are not about forcing a breakthrough or trying to clear your mind. They are about building tools you can understand, practice, and return to outside of the session.
