PRIVATE YOGA

A practice shaped around your body, your goals and your unique pace.

Private yoga gives you more space to slow down, ask questions, refine your practice, and build confidence in a way that is personal, clear, and supportive.

Whether you’re newer to yoga, returning after time away, working toward a specific goal, or wanting more individual guidance than a group class can offer, private sessions give us room to meet your practice where it actually is.

Why Work 1-on-1?

In a group class, the practice has to serve the room. In a private session, the practice can be shaped around you.

That might mean breaking down foundational poses, building strength and mobility, creating a flow that fits your body, exploring breathwork, working with modifications, or simply having more time to understand what you’re doing and why.

The goal is not to perform advanced shapes. The goal is to build a practice that feels useful, sustainable, and connected to your real life.

Private Yoga Can Support

  • New students who want to build confidence before joining group classes

  • Experienced students who want to refine alignment, transitions, or specific poses

  • People who want a practice built around strength, mobility, flexibility, or recovery

  • Students who want to better understand breath-led movement

  • Anyone who wants a slower, more personal approach to yoga

  • Small groups, couples, or friends who want to practice together privately

Who This Is For

Private yoga is a good fit if you want more individual attention, more space to ask questions, or a practice that is designed around your body instead of a general class format.

You do not need to be flexible, advanced, or experienced to begin.

You just need a starting point.

What a Session May Include

Each session is built around your goals, experience level, and what feels most helpful that day.

A private yoga session may include:

  • Movement and mobility work

  • Breath-led flow

  • Foundational posture breakdowns

  • Strength and stability work

  • Stretching and recovery-focused practice

  • Breathwork or meditation

  • Modifications for your body

  • A practice you can repeat on your own

Some sessions are active and movement-based. Others are slower, more grounding, and focused on breath, awareness, and rest.
